Divorce anxiety refers to the feelings of fear, worry and uncertainty experienced during and after a divorce. You can have a number of emotional and physical symptoms that can show up in many different ways. — panic, grief, panic, helplessness, jealousy, fear, confusion and overwhelm are just a few. It is our response to the many changes that are happening — and your nervous system is trying to keep up.

  • Divorce recovery therapy is usually for 10-sessions 

  • Weekly sessions are 55 minutes (remote or face to face)

  • Session fees - £75 (£60 concessions). 10% reductions on block booking.

  • Sessions tailoured to you. Change is swift and results are sustainable​​.

  • Worldwide sessions are available remotely or by phone
